I am Marcus and photography has always been an important part of my life..

I purchased my first DSLR camera in June of 2000 while traveling through Thailand and Australia. I carried that camera with me on countless international adventures in the years that followed, experiencing the beauty and diversity of life through travel while developing a deep love for photography.

Whether running with the bulls in Spain, welcoming the new year in Rio de Janeiro, scuba diving with whale sharks in Thailand, or celebrating Oktoberfest in Munich, I love photographing the unique and inspiring people and places I encounter in my travels. 

I’ve had the chance to photograph polar bears in their natural habitat in Canada, untouched islands in Vietnam, elephant herds in Thailand, and the natural beauty of Iceland. Each trip I take is a new adventure that expands my perspective on life and enhances my skills as a photographer. 

When I’m not traveling, you’ll find me at the beach taking sunset and portrait photos with the Pacific Ocean as my backdrop. Though I’ve visited more than 50 countries (and counting) and all 50 states, there’s no place I’d rather call home than Newport Beach, California.

As a freelance photographer, I’m available for a range of photography projects both locally and internationally. I specialize in landscape photography, sunset photography, boudoir photography, headshots, fashion photography, commercial product shoots, corporate events, weddings, engagements, and other special events.
